Purpose of the Membership NFT: Now Global Membership NFTs are digital collectibles that grant access to exclusive benefits, including but not limited to crypto rewards, discounts, voting rights, and access to events. These NFTs are not securities, and their purchase does not guarantee any financial return or profit.

No Guarantee of Future Benefits: The purchase of a Now Global Membership NFT is a transaction in goods and not a promise to provide, or a guarantee of receipt of, future services or benefits. While Now Global will make reasonable efforts to deliver the benefits outlined, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any benefits at any time without prior notice.

No Ownership or Equity Rights: Ownership of a Now Global Membership NFT does not grant you any ownership, equity, or financial interest in Now Global or its parent company. You are not entitled to vote, receive dividends, or be deemed a shareholder, partner, or joint venturer by virtue of owning a Membership NFT.

Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge and agree that the purchase of a Now Global Membership NFT carries significant risks, including but not limited to:

The potential loss of all funds used to purchase the NFT.
Market volatility and fluctuations in the value of the NFT.
Changes or discontinuation of benefits associated with the NFT.

Technical issues, including blockchain failures or wallet vulnerabilities.
By purchasing a Membership NFT, you accept these risks and agree that Now Global is not liable for any losses or damages arising from them.

No Refunds: All sales of Now Global Membership NFTs are final and nonrefundable. Once purchased, you may not return, exchange, or request a refund for your NFT, except as required by applicable law.

Secondary Sales and Royalties: You may sell or trade your Now Global Membership NFT on secondary markets. A 5% royalty fee will be applied to all secondary sales, which will be retained by Now Global to support the continued development of the ecosystem.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Now Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your purchase, use, or sale of a Membership NFT. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to market fluctuations, technical issues, or changes in benefits. In no event shall Now Global’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Membership NFT.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permissible by law, all claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or engage in any class arbitration. You acknowledge that, by agreeing to these terms, you and Now Global are each waiving the right to a trial by a judge or jury in a public forum.

Changes to Terms: Now Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Your continued use of the Membership NFT or its associated benefits constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
